General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 6ubd ("6ubd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your use of the 6ubd online gaming platform accessible at 6ubd.app and any associated subdomains, applications, or services (collectively, "the Platform").

• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including deposits and winnings but excluding locked bonus funds.

• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency of the Platform.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or play placed using funds from your Account.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English and English shall be the controlling language for all interpretations and disputes. Any translation provided is for convenience only and shall have no legal effect.

Section 2

Age Restriction and Eligibility

The 6ubd platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place any wager, or access any paid feature of the Platform. 6ubd operates a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

2.1 Age Verification

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. 6ubd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending resolution.

2.2 Underage Gambling

If 6ubd determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings generated during the period of underage access. Winnings generated by underage players are forfeited in full.

2.3 Additional Eligibility Requirements

• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a professional gambler operating in a way that constitutes a business activity.

Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services offered by 6ubd, you must register a personal account on the Platform. Account registration is free of charge. Each natural person may hold only one active account on the Platform at any time.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 6ubd. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 6ubd will close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and may permanently ban the player from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. 6ubd will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or chat. Any activity carried out through your account while your credentials are active is your responsibility.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 6ubd support immediately at [email protected]. 6ubd will investigate all such reports promptly and may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

3.4 KYC and Identity Verification

6ubd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests or at any other time at the Platform's discretion. Accepted documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card, passport, and recent utility bills or bank statements confirming residential address. Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on the 6ubd platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 6ubd does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion services are offered or implied.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing Times

4.3 Withdrawals

Once a deposit has been credited to your 6ubd account and wagering has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable via chargeback or dispute through the payment provider. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will result in immediate suspension of the account pending investigation. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, 6ubd reserves the right to pursue recovery through all lawful means.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Where bonus abuse is identified, 6ubd reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account.

5.3 Promotion Eligibility

Unless stated otherwise, promotions are available to registered players who have completed KYC verification and made at least one qualifying deposit. 5.4 Seasonal and Event Promotions

Section 6

Game Rules and Betting Conduct

All games and betting markets available on the 6ubd platform are governed by their individual game rules as published by the respective game studio or sports data provider. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence with respect to game outcomes, and these Terms shall take precedence with respect to account management, payments, and conduct.

6.1 Game Integrity

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 6ubd platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, analyse odds, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to ordinary users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activity.

7.2 Player Responsibility

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

6ubd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Players also have the right to request voluntary account closure at any time.

8.1 Grounds for Platform-Initiated Closure

6ubd may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Identification of an account as belonging to a player under 18 years of age.
• Detection of duplicate accounts registered by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of the Platform's promotional systems.
• Collusion, use of automated betting tools, or other conduct that undermines game integrity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 6ubd reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a player breach (e.g., regulatory change), the account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC completion.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 6ubd support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal terms and completed KYC verification.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available for a minimum of six (6) months and may be extended indefinitely upon request. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 6ubd reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, provided that the applicable fee schedule has been communicated to the player and reasonable notice has been given. Players will be notified via their registered email address before any dormancy fees are applied. The account balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
